While the affordable pricing was appreciated, the lack of timely maintenance for water issues in the room left us frustrated. The staff, though polite, didn't follow up as promised.

The room was neat and I thoroughly enjoyed affable staff. The bed was comfy for those with back pain.

It was fairly clean, tidy room.

For a short stay, consider packing snacks and drinks, as there's no breakfast provided and affordable dining options require a short drive.

The staff in the front office were very nice and helpful. That's it.

Filthy! Had to use old towels, and wash clothes constantly. After staying over a week I found trash under the chair in the corner. Food wrappers and a gatoraide bottle. Never replaced coffee or condiments. Nevr replaced bath floormat. Received a new bar of soap only after the "full" cleaning on Friday 9/2. Had to retreive my own toilet paper from lobby. No one in office until late on weekends. I travel all up & down the east coast for business. A horrible experience!

The room was a studio that felt basic and lacked attention to cleanliness, with a noticeable odor that persisted throughout the stay. Management's negligence regarding safety was alarming, as the smoke detector in the room was taped over, raising serious health concerns. While we appreciated the fresh croissants provided, the overall experience was marred by the unsatisfactory conditions and lack of proper maintenance for the room.

Maybe a pool or play area for families with kids.

Nice pillows and great water pressure in the shower.

Not enough towels, no blow dryer and noisy a/c unit.

I encountered serious issues with the water leaking from the window. The staff took hours to address my complaints, and when they finally did, the solution was inadequate. I felt ignored and left with a wet room, frustrating.

Lot of noise from upstairs, sounded like a heard of elephants up there. The bed was too firm for me.

It is convenient to East Carolina University and the Hospital. It also has extended stay capabilities. It was somewhat older and tired but it was clean except for some carpet staining.

All fine, but cleanliness issues

The room had a fridge and was super spacious, really helped us settle in! The staff were friendly when we needed anything, gotta appreciate that warmth. Plus, it's close to the ECU campus, so no traffic hassle!
